To change annotations:

1. Select the Edit Feature tool from the Command Manager, select Edit Feature in the Feature toolbox or select Edit Properties from the Feature menu.

   

2. Select a feature element in the graphical view. The Feature Editor opens.
3. Change the properties in the Feature Editor that are linked to the annotation by Property Based Annotation (PBA) rules.
4. Click OK. The feature and annotations are updated.
